steps

  1. Design and cut iron-on: Follow the project link to Design Space®. If you want to alter the project, click "Customize," then use the tools in the Edit panel to make changes. Select "Mirror On," then click "Continue," or "Make It" from the project window.

  2. Cut a 16-by-4-inch piece of Iron-on Lite and place it film-side down onto the StandardGrip mat.

  3. Follow the prompts to load the machine. Set SmartSet Dial to "Iron-on." Load Fine-Point Blade in Clamp B. Load mat and press the Load/Unload button.

  4. Press the flashing "Go" button, and cut! Unload the mat. Remove the film from the cutting mat. Against a firm and protected surface, use the Weeder from the Basic Tool Set to remove the negative film from the backer (the film "positive" should remain on the backer). (Tip: Gently poke the material to lift or scrape away.)

  5. Assemble: Cut off the excess backer material.

  6. Film-side down, place the iron-on design on the desired area of the towel.

  7. Follow the ironing instructions included with the Iron-on Lite packaging to adhere the material with an iron and press cloth.
