How to do it
Part 1
Design and cut tags: Follow the project link to Design Space®. If you want to alter the project, click "Customize," then use the tools in the Edit panel to make changes. Click "Continue," or "Make It" from the project window.
Place a 6-by-6-inch piece of Linen Vinyl onto the StandardGrip mat. Follow the prompts to load the machine. Set SmartSet Dial to "Vinyl." Load Fine-Point Blade in Clamp B. Load Mat and press the Load/Unload button.
Press the flashing "Go" button, and cut! Unload the mat. Remove the vinyl film from the cutting mat. Against a firm and protected surface, use the Weeder from the Basic Tool Set to remove the negative film from the backer (the design "positive" should remain on the backer). (Tip: Gently poke the material to lift or scrape away.)
Repeat Step 3 by loading the cutting mat with each sheet of 12-by-12-inch cardstock, then into the machine as prompted. After unloading the mat, peel away the negative material, then if needed, use the Spatula from the Basic Tool Set to lift the individual pieces.
Assemble: Cut a piece of transfer tape large enough to cover the vinyl design area. Remove the backer from the tape.
Apply the transfer tape on top of the vinyl pineapple. With the Scraper from the Basic Tool Set, burnish the design area so that the vinyl sticks to the tape.

Carefully apply the tape to the pink roundel, and burnish the vinyl design onto the surface.
Use adhesive foam dots to attach the roundel to the scalloped tag.
Thread tag with a length of decorative twine, and tie to bag.
