steps

  1. Design and cut wall decal: Follow the project link to Design Space®. If you want to alter the project, click "Customize," then use the tools in the Edit panel to make changes. Select "Mirror On," then click "Continue," or "Make It" from the project window.

  2. Cut a 12-by-24-inch piece of Iron-on Lite and place it film-side down onto the StandardGrip mat. Follow these prompts to load the machine: Set SmartSet Dial to "Iron-on." Load fine-point blade in Clamp B. Load mat and press the "Load / Unload" button.

  3. Press the flashing "Go" button, and cut! Unload the mat. Remove the material from the cutting mat. Against a firm and protected surface, use the Weeder from the Basic Tool Set to remove the negative material from the backer (the design "positive" should remain on the backer). (Tip: Gently poke the material to lift or scrape away.)

  4. Assemble: Separate the design into 3 long strips using the Scissors from the Basic Tool Set.

  5. With the film-side up, place the iron-on designs onto the desired areas of the apron (ie. straps, pocket border), and trim design to fit as needed.

  6. Follow the ironing instructions included with the Iron-on Lite packaging to adhere the material to your apron! You can learn more about Iron-on application at help.cricut.com.
