What You'll Need Materials Paper ice cream cups (Similar to shown: Red & White Treat Cups by Celebrate It, $6 for 24, michaels.com) Clear dome lids (Pictured: Ice Cream Cup Clear Dome Lids, 4 oz., $9 for 50, amazon.com) Clear tape Hot glue gun and sticks Red construction paper Gumballs in assorted colors Scissors Ruler White flat-back bead or button (optional) Instructions Measure and cut a 1/2-by-5-inch strip of paper; shape into a circle and tape the ends together. With a hot glue gun, attach paper strip to a dome lid. From the same red paper, trace a circle of the same size, cut out, and hot glue it to create a topper. Turn the lid upside down and fill it with gumballs. Add another dome lid on top and tape the lids together, sealing it as a globe. Turn the dome lids with the top facing up and hot glue it to the bottom of the paper cup. Optional: Glue a bead to front of the ice cream cup as the decorative "knob."
