    Even though I've been making/drinking smoothies for year, this recipe was my first smoothie parfait. And I loved it! The chia pudding was outstanding, and that alone can be riffed into other reincarnations. The parfaits looked so inviting and refreshing. This recipe is a keeper!

      Instead of spinach, try to use spirulina instead. It's even better and healthier for you with more minerals and nutrients.
