    I made this for lunch on a Fall feeling day. It turned out fantastic. I did not have any scallions or fresh greens so I thinly sliced mushrooms and added some fresh Cilantro. I also added more Ginger and some Lemongrass paste.

    This is such a quick and healthy soup. Love turmeric, so-so with ginger, love black pepper, and Aleppo crushed chilies. I try to always have homemade stock on hand as I can control the sodium, etc. I usually make this after collecting roasted and raw bones, I find that makes such a difference!     This is fantastic, with rice or noodles. Even good reheated, although thicker of course. More like flavored noodles or rice.

      I use this broth recipe as a base for all my soup add ins. I’m a type 2 diabetic so I add vegetables and sometimes quinoa to this and sliced avocado. Late night hunger pains are satisfied by sipping the broth. Love it! And the ginger helps keep tummy issues at bay. Good job!
