A pair of kitchen shears is all you need to transform store-bought wonton wrappers into stunning snowflakes. Fry until golden, then use powdered sugar to make it snow.

    This recipe makes a pretty cookie but the taste is nothing like a true rosette. When made with a won ton wrapper, the result is too hard and crispy and not delicate. Not going to make again.
