    I really love this recipe. Regular lemon can also be used. I also th8nk the following should be added to the recipe: use a circle of parchment for the base. Immediately after baking remove the ring and let cool. Re apply the ring for the rest of the recipe. The base is so sticky you I’ll never get the tart out of it’s tin to serve it otherwise. If this were part of the description i’d give the recipe 5 stars.
