Place folded paper towel just above eyebrows, securing on both sides of head with hair clips. Fully moisten a sponge with water, then load with makeup: Apply blue cream makeup along bottom edge of paper towel, covering eyebrows, eyelids, and bridge of nose.
With a clean sponge, apply white cream makeup under blue, blending to create ombré effect. Continue adding white makeup to cheeks and nose, gradually tapering off just beneath nose.
To increase contrast, darken top of mask by adding black cream makeup to blue cream makeup with a clean moistened sponge. Line both eyes with blue and black eyeliner pencils.
Carefully remove paper towel. With a tissue, wipe smudges and clean up makeup line. Lightly dust entire masked area with loose powder to set makeup.
