Healthier Pina Colada

Our version replaces sweetened cream of coconut with pure coconut water for a cocktail with less than a quarter of the calories of the traditional blender drink.


  • 2 cups pineapple chunks

  • ¾ cup pure coconut water

  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • ½ cup rum

  • Toasted coconut, for garnish


  1. Puree pineapple, coconut water, ice, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Stir in rum. Garnish glasses with coconut.
