What You'll Need Materials Firecracker Popsicle Template Felt in red, white, and blue Scissors Aleene's Original Tacky Glue, $2, michaels.com Felt-tip marker Twine Popsicle sticks Instructions Print template and cut out pieces. Trace template onto designated felt. (Tip: Use the extra sheet of white felt for the backing.) Using scissors, cut out felt pieces. Using tacky glue, secure felt cut-outs to the backing. Glue a stick to the back of each popsicle. Attach twine by gluing to the back of each popsicle.
