Felt Firecracker Popsicle Garland

July is all about cool treats and an even cooler color palette: red, white, and blue. Turn your favorite childhood treat into a decorative garland that you can keep up during the summer months.

What You'll Need

Materials

  • Firecracker Popsicle Template
  • Felt in red, white, and blue
  • Scissors
  • Aleene's Original Tacky Glue, $2, michaels.com
  • Felt-tip marker
  • Twine
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Print template and cut out pieces.

    Trace template onto designated felt. (Tip: Use the extra sheet of white felt for the backing.)

    Using scissors, cut out felt pieces.

  4. Using tacky glue, secure felt cut-outs to the backing.

    Glue a stick to the back of each popsicle.

  6. Attach twine by gluing to the back of each popsicle.
