Part 1

Step 1

Using a brush, paint the inside of two jars with 1 to 2 coats of sea glass paint; let dry completely in between coats.

Paint the inside of another two jars with 1 to 2 coats of milk glass paint; let dry completely in between coats.

Step 3

Remove the lid from one jar. Using an awl, punch two holes on the inner lip of the metal screw band on opposite sides.

Step 4

Secure either ends of the chain to both holes with jump rings. Connect screw band to jar (without metal lid).

Step 5

Repeat step 4 with remaining jars.

Step 6

Cure jars before using with votive candles: air dry for 21 days, or bake at 350˚ F for 30 minutes once paint has dried.
