Mini-Tassel Chain Necklace
For this DIY tassel necklace, add mini tassles to a chain for a soft, swinging necklace. We've always been fans, but tassels are truly having a moment, and no wonder: The light-weight embellishments make a big sartorial statement when worn with summer basics. And while they look high-fashion, they're low-effort.
