Give Your Rooms a Tropical Pop With Persimmon and Sand

The coordinating color palette brings a beachy atmosphere indoors.

A deep, saturated orange is bright and inviting by day but cozies up a room at night. For a space that looks lived in, not loud, continue the color onto window trim, and go for neutral or dark wood furnishings to bring out its warmth.

We used Benjamin Moore paint, in Festive Orange here. It makes an especially nice contrast with a leafy-green view. A few more hues we love: Sherwin-Williams, in Knock‑out Orange, and Ralph Lauren, in Shanghai Red.
