Puffy Paint Easter Eggs
Swiss dots usually appear on sheer tulle or cotton. Get the same effect on your eggs by decorating with puffy paint.

- White vinegar
- Bowl for dye bath
Optional: Egg-drying rack
For even dyeing, first submerge eggs in a mixture of two to three tablespoons of white vinegar and one cup of water for a minute or two, then pat dry.
Dye eggs in soft colors, then add tactile 3-D dots with fabric puffy paint.
Optional: Set eggs on pin-board (a foam board with a grid of pins) to dry.
