Paper-Plate Dove Valentines
These kid-friendly crafts are easy enough to make for an entire class — and all you need is basic household items.

- Paper plate
Download and print template; cut out. On the back of paper plate, trace template with a pencil.
Using scissors, cut out the body of the dove while making sure the tail hits the rimmed edge of the plate. When cutting out wings, follow the indentation of the rimmed edge for added texture.
Use an orange marker to add the beak and a black marker for the eye. Kids can help add Valentine’s Day greetings with markers or a pen. Then, tape the wing to the back of the dove’s body.
