Clothespin Frame with Roses

This beautiful display — adorned with pretty-in-pink roses — creates a romantic focal point for any celebratory table.

Introduction

The idea for this DIY wall-art comes from our friend, Debi Traub of Simply Beautiful Eating, who used it as part of her Galentine's Day "Parfait and Paint" party.

 

"I decided to hang roses instead of photos on this frame to enhance the romance of the wallscape," Debi says. "After the party is over, your wall frame can display the photos taken at the event to showcase the wonderful memories of the day."

materials

  • Wooden frame
  • Small clothespins
  • Glue gun
  • String or cord
  • Scissors
  • Stapler
  • Roses

steps

  1. Cut your string or cord into 3 or 4 equal lengths, measured to stretch across the back of the frame.
  2. Use clothespins to secure each rose, hanging upside down.

  3. Staple down ends then hot glue them to secure.
