  • Tissue paper
  • Cardstock
  • Double-stick tape
  • Baker's twine

steps

  1. Following the instructions on the packaging, cut out a medium-sized pillow box template from cardstock. Assemble the pillow box with double stick tape, set aside.

  2. With strips of tissue, approximately 2 inches by 10 inches, fringe the bottom 1.5-inch down the length of the tissue using fringe scissors.

  3. Tape three rows of fringed tissue onto the pillow box, then embellish with twine.
