How to do it

Part 1

Step 1

Following the instructions on the packaging, cut out a medium-sized pillow box template from cardstock. Assemble the pillow box with double stick tape, set aside.

Step 2

With strips of tissue, approximately 2 inches by 10 inches, fringe the bottom 1.5-inch down the length of the tissue using fringe scissors.

Step 3

Tape three rows of fringed tissue onto the pillow box, then embellish with twine.
