And they're ready to report back to Santa.

- Clear ornaments
- Craft paint in white, ochre, and pink
- Paint brush
- Hot glue gun
Open the ornament and squeeze some white paint inside. Then, squeeze some pink and ochre paint inside the ornament, and mix with the paint brush to achieve a skin color. Swivel the ornament to coat the inside with paint. (Tip: At this point, you may want to consider adding a small amount of water to thin the paint so it can easily coat the insides of the ornament.)
Close the ornament and if desired, as an extra precaution, glue gun around the cap if water was added to the mixture.
To make the coned-shaped hat, cut a circle from the felt. (Tip: the height of the hat will be determined by the radius of the circle.) Then further cut a triangle wedge from the circle, and fold into a cone shape; use hot glue to hold in place and affix to the top of the ornament.
Use a Sharpie marker or craft paint to add facial features, ears, and hair.
