In his hit song "Empire State of Mind," rapper Jay Z gives a shout out to 560 State Street, where he lived during his early career. Now, the iconic Brooklyn condo is for sale for $1.4 million, according to Refinery29, giving one lucky New Yorker the chance to live in Jay'z "stash spot."

StreetEasy notes that the building is located conveniently at the apex of four Brooklyn neighborhoods. The two-bedroom condo just over 1,200 square feet and features two floors, 10-foot ceilings, industrial light fixtures, and original hardwood flooring -- not too shabby!

Plus, 560 State Street is just a few blocks from the Barclays Center, so the new owner will have prime access to Jay Z's show next time the Brooklyn icon is in town.
