Introduction

This pattern for a knit pumpkin hat, courtesy of Commonthread by DMC, has serious Halloween appeal. Made with soft DMC Woolly yarn, we love this knit hat because it's suitable for all ages. It's also the perfect accessory for the parent or grandparent looking for a more subtle costume to wear while taking the kids trick or treating. Better yet, knit a few of them and you can create your very own pumpkin posse — that stem would put a smile on anyone's face.
