The real home's address is actually 12 Picket Post Close and is located in the upscale neighborhood of Bracknell, Berkshire, 25 miles west of London, where your neighbors could be the parents of Kate Middleton and U.K.'s Prime Minister Theresa May.

The two-story, three-bedroom detached house was last sold in 2003 for $325,000 -- so, the owners are definitely hoping for some magical real estate price surge.

The house, situated on a cul-de-sac, has a backyard, garage, a very spacious living room that opens to the gardenand, and that room under the stairs for you real die-hard Harry Potter fan.

Other features include a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an en-suite master bathroom, as well as another half bathroom.
