Fold all of the scored lines (vertical and diagonal) to one side.

  4. planters

At the ½-inch mark from one edge, pinch all of the vertical lines inward so that the diagonal lines fold outward. (Tip: This may take some patience, be sure to use both hands to hold the cardstock while folding!)

  5. planters

Repeat steps 1-4 with the second piece of cardstock; attach the two pieces with double-sided tape.
