Part 1

Step 1

Print the template and cut five crescent moons and four stars; make two small holes at the top of each. (Tip: punching and threading two holes in this way helps to stabilize the garland and prevent it from twisting the wrong way around.)

Thread needle with twine and thread garland, alternating between pom-poms, crescents, tassels and stars.

Step 3

Knot the ends, and hang to display.
