- Pink paper bags, 3.5" x 6.75"
- Crepe paper in various colors
- Double-sided tape
Cut crepe paper into strips measuring the same width as the paper bag and about ¾" high; fringe each strip using scissors.
Begin gluing down each strip onto the paper bag from the bottom up, about 6 strips per bag.
Open bag and fill with favors of your choice.
Fold flap over to cover the glue of the last crepe paper strip; secure flap down with double-sided tape.
Cut out two crepe paper strips 5" long and 1" high; fringe both.
Begin rolling the fringed strips from one end until a flower forms. Trim the back of the flower so it sits flat on the bag and add a small piece of double-sided tape; tape to bag and adjust flower petals.
