    I enjoy this blend very much! I only make 1/2 the recipe at a time. I doubled the amount of ginger and nutmeg, then added 1/3 extra of cinnamon. I like these flavors to be more dominant, but there's nothing wrong with the original recipe. It keeps well in a glass jar. I use this blend on my hot black tea w/almond milk every morning, it's delicious!
