Banana, Berry, and Buttermilk Popsicles
A healthy and chilly way to satisfy your snack cravings, these berry Popsicles are only 75 calories each.

- 1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berries
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
Puree low-fat buttermilk, banana, cups fresh or frozen berries, and honey or agave syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture into Popsicle molds and freeze.
