Ratatouille is a vegetable stew that can be eaten on its own, or served with meat, fish, eggs, or tossed with pasta like ziti.
Cook ziti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain, and return to pot.
Add Ratatouille and basil; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Toss to combine. Serve immediately, topped Parmesan cheese.
