Parsley Butter


Serve a pat of this butter with steak, chicken, or fish, or stir into pasta.


  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature

  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped

  • Coarse Salt


  1. In a bowl, combine butter, and fresh parsley leaves with a spoon; season with coarse salt.

Cook's Notes

To store, form into a log with plastic wrap and freeze, up to 1 month.
