Mango Mojito

The fruity base of this cocktail can be made a night in advance. Pulse in the mint before serving.


  • 4 cups chopped fresh mango, plus 10 thin, peel-on slices for garnish (from 4 mangoes)

  • 2 cups light rum

  • 1 ½ cups fresh lime juice (from 12 limes)

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • cup packed fresh mint leaves

  • Two 12-ounce cans club soda or seltzer

  • Ice, for serving


  1. Working in batches, puree mango, rum, lime juice, and sugar in a blender until smooth. Add mint leaves and blend just until mint is finely chopped. Stir in club soda. Serve over ice. Garnish with mango slices.
