Pulse in the mint before serving. Ingredients 4 cups chopped fresh mango, plus 10 thin, peel-on slices for garnish (from 4 mangoes) 2 cups light rum 1 ½ cups fresh lime juice (from 12 limes) ¾ cup granulated sugar ⅔ cup packed fresh mint leaves Two 12-ounce cans club soda or seltzer Ice, for serving Directions Working in batches, puree mango, rum, lime juice, and sugar in a blender until smooth.
