    First time working through this recipe so I stuck to it closely. It took me longer to cool the filling to get it in back in the crust. The seasoning and spices are spot on. And serving with mustard and cornichon was a great suggestions because the acidity helps cut through the heavy pie. This is not something to whip up on a whim, but I will make this recipe for friends and family on the weekends.
