materials

  • Cardstock in orange, peach, and yellow

  • Green tissue paper

  • Double stick tape

  • Twine

steps

  1. Using the Circle Cutter, cut out a 5-1/2" circle from cardstock.

  2. Double stick tape a 6" x 5-1/2" piece of tissue paper about half way down the circle, to the inside of your cone.

  3. Fringe the top 2" of the tissue with the Fringe Scissor.

  4. Assemble the treat cone by rolling the circle from one edge to the other. Double stick tape the inner edge. Fill the cone with Easter-themed candy and treats, and tie with twine!
