Graham Cracker Crust

1 9-inch pie shell

This simple graham cracker crust recipe makes for the ideal base for our Key Lime Pie.


  • 14 graham crackers

  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

  • ¼ cup suger

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a food processor or blender, crush the graham crackers. Transfer crumbs to a large bowl; mix in the butter, sugar, and cinnamon until thoroughly moistened. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan.

  3. Bake for 8 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
