Ingredients 9 medium ripe plums (about 2 ½ pounds), pitted, plus wedges for garnish 5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons) 1 cup Ginger Syrup for Summer Coolers 1 cup seltzer, chilled Directions Place the plums in a juice extractor, and process to extract all juice.
