How to do it

Step 1

Brush Martha Stewart Crafts paint in Ballet Slipper and/or Poodle Skirt onto a glass votive. Let paint dry completely.

Step 2

Cut strips of tissue paper into different widths. Apply strips of tissue paper with decoupage medium.

Step 3

Experiment with layering paint over the decoupaged tissue. The look is meant to be abstract and random.
