  • 1 pound cream cheese, room temperature

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted

  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated key lime zest, plus 4 teaspoons juice


  1. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth, about 5 minutes. Beat in lime zest and juice.
