Blackberry-Bay Leaf Jam

Adding a bay leaf to this blackberry jam brings about a very subtle flavor change. Don't be surprised when the spoonfuls get bigger as they are scooped out of jars and onto toast.

Cook's Notes

To sterilize, submerge clean jars in boiling water for 10 minutes. Use new lids, and sterilize them according to manufacturer's instructions. Jars should remain in hot water until they are ready to be filled.
