Broccoli Slaw

Don't even think about throwing out your broccoli stems. Use a mandoline to slice vegetables into planks, then stack and slice crosswise with a knife for a julienned cut.

    Great recipe and extraordinary flavor!!! I thought broccoli stems would be to tough, but no since you julienne then very fine!!! Very refreshing and delicious salad. I didi not add the olive oil, since I did not think it needed it, otherwise I stayed true to the ingredients listed.
