Before and After: A Quaint Craft Room Gets an Unbelievable Makeover
This year, one of our 12 Months of Martha bloggers, Jen from Something Turquoise, told us she wanted to make over her craft room, and we were happy to help! We sent over our craft furniture from the Martha Stewart Living Craft Space collection at Home Decorators Collection and craft products from Martha Stewart Crafts, available at Michaels, and the results were fabulous!

A Clean Slate
Jen started with her blank craft room. It took a total of four UPS trucks to deliver all of the furniture to go inside her room! We provided Jen with a suite of our craft furniture, which is actually modeled after Martha's own craft room. Click to the next slide to see the finished room!

The Reveal
Here's an image of Jen's finished paradise. She created a total of four different working stations, each with its own emphasis and crafting purpose.

All Wrapped Up
Jen gave our gift wrap station a new spin! Instead of using it exclusively for gift wrap storage, she also uses this station to shoot DIY photography for her blog. She simply pulls the paper down to create a seamless background for her images. So clever!

Tucked Away
Her yarn collection is tucked neatly in fabric drawers that are stored underneath her shooting station.

Collapsible Means Convertible
One of the features of Jen's new craft room is a collapsible craft table, which allows her to easily add additional workspace -- or subtract -- as she needs it. The rolling table can also be easily wheeled into the center of the room for even more table space!

Stroke of Genius
Her Martha Stewart Crafts paintbrush set is cleverly and (stylishly!) displayed in a glass sand-filled vessel, giving the room a sense of fun and whimsy.

Wonderful Workspace
Jen's main workspace is a real workhorse. She uses a flat-file cabinet coupled with an apothecary hutch as her painting and adhesive station. These sit directly next to her desk area with a beautiful gallery-style wall. She says the ball chair helps when she's seated at her desk for hours at a time.

Oh, Hey, Ombre
Decorating her flat-file with this beautiful painted ombre technique really makes her craft room feel unique.

A shoe organizer is used for her impressive spray paint collection! The organizer hangs on the back of the door, instead of taking up drawer space. She's really thought of everything!
