Ingredients 6 tablespoons black sesame seeds, toasted 2 cups all-purpose flour ¾ teaspoon salt 5 tablespoons dark sesame oil ½ cup water Directions Heat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine sesame seeds, flour, and salt. Stir in sesame oil with a fork until fine crumbs form. Add water and stir until dough comes together. Turn onto a lightly floured board and knead a few times until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes. Divide dough into quarters and roll out to 1/8 inch thick. Cut into shapes, prick with a fork in several places, and place on a baking sheet at least 1 inch apart. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until just brown.
