Ingredients 1 ¼ cup apple juice, divided ¼ cup honey Ice 2 cups dry white or rose wine 1 cup pomegranate juice ½ cup pomegranate seeds, plus more for garnish 2 Lady apples, thinly sliced into rounds, plus more for garnish Directions Bring 1/4 cup apple juice to a simmer in a small saucepan. Stir in honey until dissolved. Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice, then pour the juice mixture over it. Add wine, 1 cup apple juice, pomegranate juice, pomegranate seeds, and apple slices.
