Finally, a pumpkin spice treat that's good for you! Blend nutrient-packed pumpkin puree and banana with fresh ginger, cinnamon, and a drizzle of maple syrup for a fanciful fall breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup pure pumpkin puree (from a 15-ounce can)

  • 1 tablespoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 cup frozen peeled and sliced ripe banana (from 1 banana)

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
