100 grams of jasmine buds (jasmineflower.ca)
For cake garlands: Using a needle and white thread, join jasmine buds by inserting the needle through the stem of the jasmine and bringing it out through the center of the flower. Secure to the cake stand using clear tape, creating hanging loops all the way around.
For jasmine plate ring (the center cake plate in the picture above): cut the desired length of floral wire depending on diameter of cake plate. Make a hook at one end of the floral wire and insert jasmine buds horizontally through the wire. (Not vertically as with the cake garlands)
