Ingredients 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil Pinch of red-pepper flakes 1 clove garlic, smashed 8 ounces snow peas, trimmed and sliced in half 8 ounces pea shoots, cut into 2-inch lengths Coarse salt ½ lemon Directions Heat oil, red-pepper flakes, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high, stirring constantly, until garlic is golden, about 1 minute. Add snow peas and cook, stirring, until bright green and still crisp, about 1 minute. Add pea shoots in batches along with 1 tablespoon water. Cook, stirring, until just wilted, about 30 seconds.
