Ingredients

  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup finely chopped toasted hazelnuts

  • ¼ teaspoon coarse salt

  • cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave, 2 minutes. Stir until smooth, then stir in condensed milk, vanilla, nuts, and salt. Let cool. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls. Place coconut on a plate; roll balls in coconut to coat. Chill until set, about 30 minutes or up to 5 days.
