So delicious! I made it for breakfast and used toasted pecans as I didn’t have hazel nuts. Be sure to cook until the sugar has carmelized and the oats are toasty. It took me about 20 minutes to get there.
I am in the process of making this & after using the print version & cutting my pineapple. I looked at the photo online & the pineapple chunks are close to 1 inch in the picture AT LEAST. They are far bigger than 1/2 inch chunks. 4 cups of 1/2 inch chunks is also about the most of a large pineapple.
