Paper Circle Garland DIY

Skip the needle and thread and save your popcorn and cranberries for holiday snacking. Instead, just string together garlands made from your circle cutter.

  1. Cut circles of different sizes using the circle cutter. Follow the instructions and set the guide to 3 inches, 4 inches, and 5 inches.

  2. Use the screw punch to add a small hole at the top of each circle.

  3. String the circles together using a ribbon, then attach it to your fringe tree! (If you liked this project, you'll love decorating with the DIY fringe tree and large rosette.)
