How to do it
Part 1
Clean the frame by wiping it down with glass cleaner to remove any dirt, dust, or oil.
Using the Vintage Decor brush, paint the frame with a base color of your choice. Wait for it to completely dry before painting a second coat of the base color if necessary.
Paint your next color directly over your previous color. Let dry completely (about 2 hours).
Using sandpaper, begin distressing your frame by sanding in areas where you want to create a "worn" effect.
Wipe off any excess sanding dust.
Taking the paintbrush or a clean cotton cloth, apply a layer of Vintage Decor Clear Wax. Let dry completely.
Next, using the paintbrush or a clean cotton cloth, apply a light layer of Vintage Decor Dark Wax. Let dry completely. Your project will cure on its own and be ready for use in 7 days!
