steps
-
With a keyhole saw, cut a hole in bottom of pumpkin; scoop out insides with a plaster scraper. Photocopy or download and print a window template in desired size. For "stones" cut slits in curved sections so template lies flat. Tape to pumpkin.
-
Trace by poking holes with an awl; remove template. Saw out center of window. Carve around window edges with a linoleum cutter.
-
Copy or download and print desired design onto heavyweight paper. Glue black construction paper to back, and cut out both layers.
