Over at the lifestyle site Cool Mom Picks, the talented Kristen and Liz -- two of our official bloggers for our #SavorSummer campaign -- have created a playful summer craft to help spark their kids' imaginations. They say it was a wonderful way to include the kids in the "play" portion of the campaign. "And that's really the point of the #SavorSummer project -- to shake us out of our routines and get us playing more," they say on their blog.

Have you been keeping up with our #SavorSummer campaign? If so, you know that we're two weeks into a six-week adventure that celebrates some of our most beloved Martha Stewart crafts and activities! We've asked you to whip up our super-popular sidewalk chalk paint, craft your very own bubble wands, and make DIY play dough -- then show us your results on Facebook and Instagram. (And if you don't have little ones to entertain, try your hand at our most buzz-worthy craft of the summer -- this no-sew beach cover-up.)

Kristen Chase and Liz Gumbinner -- the creative minds over at Cool Mom Picks -- decided to put their own twist on the theme of summer "play." They got their kids involved in making adorable superhero capes (sparkles optional). "The final result is something your kids can immediately wear and play with," they say. Play while crafting, and play while wearing your craft: it's a win-win for mommy and the kids! Click here to make the superhero cape from Cool Mom Picks!
